CLASS DESCRIPTION

BODY PUMP: A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the faster way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by the University of Auckland for providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class . 

CARDIO COMBAT: This class will be a combination of the other classes offered.  It will be the instructor's choice for a fun filled hour.  All fitness levels welcome.

DOUBLE STRENGTH INTERVAL: STEP Right up with the combination of intervals using the Reebok step, original bar bells (from Body Pump), weights, tubing, body bars, stability ball and the glide discs for a total body workout.  This class will keep you moving in the right direction.  All fitness levels welcome.

FITNESS EXPRESS: (formerly Senior Express) This half hour class is for active adults and includes cardio and strength training. Great for members who are just starting group exercise classes.

FITNESS STRENGTH: (formerly Senior Strength)

INDUSTRIAL BODY STRENGTH: This is everything you need in a one-hour class. Challenging cardio and strength training join together to create a seamless transition that covers the entire body effectively.  All fitness levels welcome.

MUSCLE DEFINITION: With this class you get great curves, definition, and increase bone density with no fancy choreography. This class is designed to tone your upper body suing hand held weights while toning your lower body stepping at a slow rate of speed. A great abdominal workout will follow.

SILVER SNEAKER - Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SPINNING: A great workout for all levels of fitness.  Spinning offers an instructor guided bike ride for 45 minutes followed by upper body resistance training.
